You've captured my attention with your 10k share structure prediction of 106 milion float...

I can see the float down there based on your calculations with all the buy backs, and retirements. The float was around 250 million, so they would need to buy and retire a little more then half, A couple questions...

You really believe "ALL" rme wll be retired by 10k time?

Would the company be in any violation regulatory wise by announcing the intent to bring O/S down to 500 million, then throw the curve ball and bring it all the way down to 106 mm.
