Quick question that I meant to ask after the last conf call. Did anyone else's brain snap like a tree branch when Jared said looking back he wished he had taken the buyout. I cannot believe he even brought up the buyout again. It was almost like rubbing salt into a open sore. After he said that I knew the buyout was a scam. He was trying to put a little bug in our ear that if the chance comes up again he will take it this time.
Hey Jared how come we never heard about the details of the counter offer? You never seem to bring that up when you mention the buyout? It is almost like the counter offer never existed?
By the way Craig if you happen to read this. Anyone can produce paperwork that "proves" a buyout offer. Sorry I am not impressed that the Lees threw some money into escrow. IMO opinion this was a scam to try to get Mallad to match "the offer" and purchase the company then Jared & co are rich. I do not believe this was a share dump scheme the price of the stock didn't really go up enough on the buyout rumors to make serious cash.
