Welcome. I can believe though that with all those shares you are flying blind and have not done some DD on this site, and become familiar with what mgmt.'s plans are to get uplisted. Please read the DD on this site. Maybe some of your initial Q's will be answered. Plus we are expecting some kind of spark/catalyst to start a NSS cover which will precipitate a MOASS.
