We will see. I know they love to play with those shares right before report day. The last PR about reducing the A/S stated:

"SpongeTech® Delivery Systems, Inc. Take Action to Reduce Number of Authorized Common Shares to 900 Million Shares."

Another poorly written PR. "Take Action????" That could mean, just started to plan on how to do it all the way to them actually doing it now. We do not know.
