The problem with the financial statements is that they are unaudited. It would add instant credibility to potential investors if they were audited. Perhaps it's too costly to audit but I believe it would help attract investors, build awareness and get some serious trading volume. The way things are right now, they would not be able to raise any capital through stock issuances because no one would be interested in buying this stock.

As for the news about the company passing its Medicare licensing inspection, this would have been more appropriately communicated in a news release rather than as a note to the financial statements, IMO.
