I don't know why anyone encourages this guy. Even if he did complain, they would have sent him a nice form letter saying they'd check it out, and probably laughed about another boob who lost his money and is trying to blame the company. He doesn't have any valid complaints. This is just someone trying to incite fear and doing a miserable job.
