Take a look at the BBs on the chart tightening up. There's a breakout coming soon one way or another, and Dennis just happens to drop the news on Friday so all weekend long people are able to get their bids in for Monday. Really good move on his part. He's proven time and time again that he is interested in increasing shareholder value.

He's smart enough to wait for the right time, so he's not pissing into the wind with his news. He's interested in maximum effect from this news, and I think this is the way to get it.
