How can thousands of shares be bought at the ask for .1356 only to have the ask then be lowered to .1355. MM manipulation. Management sees this and has the patience to do what they are doing. If they start to buy themselves out of their NSS position that will only create the MOASS and they are not the ones who are willing to start that process.
