While I would agree with everything you have posted in assuming the worst for a typical pink sheet company, look at the experience and resumes of the new management here.

This is not the same bunch of crooks from 18 months ago. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Why? Well one reason is you don't usually see someone with a Wharton MBA on the management team of a pink sheets company. This tells me they are trying to get everything in order to distinguish themselves from other pinkies.

Besides, do the math. Absolute worst case scenario is 100mil share dilution or roughly 10 percent. How can that justify a 1000% drop in share price?
