More Taxes Please - Seriously, stop with presenting your speculation and assumptions as facts. We all know you are trying to drive the price down to 000's - you've admitted it. You are probably scaring enough people to make that a self fulfilling prophecy.

1. You are ASSUMING there will be massive dilution. Why? Because you refuse to differentiate between the new management of this company and the old. Your posts indicate you see no difference. WAKE UP! this is a completely different outfit than it was 18 months ago.
2. You have NO IDEA what sort of lock up agreements there will be on the financing. Quit acting like you know there won't be one. There could be a year lock up - who knows.
3. You have NO IDEA what the private share price will be. My assumption that it will be a penny is probably more accurate than your sky is falling of assumption of .001.

The point is NO ONE KNOWS RIGHT NOW. So stop scaring investors by presenting your doom and gloom self serving scenario to drive the price down. What we do know is the company is making a strong attempt to bring information up to date. My guess is we will KNOW the details of all this in the coming days/weeks. So until then, please footnote all your posts by saying they are baseless ASSUMPTIONS
