Arkait, for the 3rd time, I am in for any consensus idea and I have a paypal account.

Someone needs to contact Attaway to set up escrow accounts and to maybe offer to write up any binding, contractural agreements we ALL have amongst ourselves about the forming of our own holding company. Absolutely NOTHING illegal about a bunch of people coming together to create a "capitalized" (the funds in the account) "holding company" as a business in the business of purchasing other assets.

This not only might actually work, I can't see it NOT working and all perfectly legal. Who knows the holding company might actually want to acquire a profitable but under financed business??
