well, i know the irs is involved. their particularly interested in this $65m sale and the proposed profits and the pr where the shareholders were supposed to get additional shares. i know the irs has been in touch with the sec....thats all that would be told to me, even with my contacts. i haven't heard back from finra on the matter, to see what was filed (if anything at all) to allow the additional shares to be distributed to the shareholders. this is a touchy matter, considering the company had 2 Trillion A/S's and could literally do what they want.

i've been trying to sell mine for more than 3 months....zippo! and etrade says they'll show a .01 for the whole deal if i want, just to get rid of them. i may do that on the last trading day of this year and write them off at a loss. we'll see.

if anyone's interested (as such of some of the pumpers in here), i'll gladly negotiate the sale of mine to you in a direct sale. i'll even take half price.
