McGovern Capital LLC Enters Into Exclusive License with Optigenex Inc. for Use of AC-11(R) in Beverages
NEW YORK, Oct. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Optigenex Inc. announced
today the grant of an exclusive worldwide license of its patented compound
AC-11(R), for the commercial use as an ingredient in beverages to McGovern
Capital LLC. Under the terms of the agreement, McGovern Capital will fund
research on the Company's proprietary compound AC-11(R) in the area of DNA
repair at a major University Hospital. Other financial terms were not
disclosed.

strengthen through our own independent research, the claims associated with
AC-11(R) that have been validated through previous scientific studies,"
