I have some reservations about your previous post that contains the formula; PHMB + MCDA = SCAM. I believe that your model is too simplistic.

PHMB was well known as a scam before becoming affiliated with the other scam, MCDA.

A more comprehensive representation might be;
PHMB scam + MCDA scam = bigger scam = more fluffbomb PR's (= more entertainment for us)^2 = more dilution = more suckers - the suckers' money.
