Are they fully diluted of fully polluted. The 10q states the weighted average of outstanding shares is 1.8 billion. What the hell is weighted average? Is that the same as the float? Also I see they raise about 1.5 million from issuance of shares. I think it is all bs unless they start to work the mines now.
