Excuse my ignorance on this topic, but I've heard people mention about a potential Stock dividend. What exactly does this mean? would SPNG issue additional stock to the shareholders based on the # of shares held by each holder? If this is correct, would that increase the # of O/S shares out there, of which would not be a good thing in my opinion?

I know that it would force a reconciliation of the O/S and NSS position which would be a good thing.

Any explanation is appreciated.
