I agree with you... I could see this being a poster boy type investigation... Blowing open the truth of what really goes on...

SPNG causing a paradigm shift of understanding of what really goes on... Or what really has gone on in spng...

The shorts being the exact same ones who started the rumor about the "mythical naked short position" theory.. and why? simple they didn't want to get caught...

But it is only a matter of time before things go wrong and a stock like SPNG catches up to these guys... Hiding is no longer an option...

They have their choice...

Do they cover and try to cut their losses before any legal action is taken on them by the SEC...

OR do they wait, and have to cover and have legal action taken...

imo the first option is better... However it is counter intuitive for these criminals

They being much like madoff, unable to come to grasp right away that everything they have done, is illegitimate a lie... For it to all be taken away, their names tarnished, their investors left with nothing but disgust for them...

However the nice thing in this case, is we the share holders of SPNG get to take advantage of these individuals.. milk them for what they are worth.
