What does that mean? Doesn't really answer my prior question.

When do they have to file their transactions? Before they buy? Or, after they buy, by a certain time frame?

If they have started buying in the open market, today for example, do they have to get the Form 4 filed by... let's say...in 10 trading days? Or 30 trading days?

Just curious. Thanks.

Either way, when they do file, and put out a PR about how many shares, the stock will pop again & again for days.

Of course, if they have other news regarding how they're doing, I think we'll see a greater angle of ascent.

If we get some crazy movement to .015-.02- it will be a perfect trading opportunity to cash out of at least 50% of your shares, or more, and start bidding for the pull back and make a nice amount of $$$ for the run when the next round of news, profits, or even acquisitions; if that's the direction the company is thinking of going. I'd like to see them diversify into the 'next big thing', whatever that may be.

If their smart about it, we won't have to worry about dilution, ever! Or, any kind of financing just to keep going.

Hope they make the right decisions.

Long IFSL! - Short idiot bashers! LOL
