Just doing some pre-buy DD here--besides this difference and a lack of any recent data, I see they are listed as Caviot Emptor on Pinksheets.com .... Google Maps shows their address as being in a clump of orange trees (no structure visible, unless its the structure across the street w/the big wtr. tank in the back yard)...&...other than the fact that they have a functional website (w/little or no info on it) , I'm not any too sure this company actually exists , let alone, has any prospect of being a going concern---imo.
I think I'll pass.......
