The nature and extent of the issuers facilities

The corporation currently has assets of approximately 2,000 hectares of land in south Cambodia which is used to grow trees in potential exchange for carbon credits. In addition to this land, the company has leased offices located in Shanghai which operate in an effort to secure operations for the construction of a recycling facility to process glass and sell the end product to local manufactures. The company also maintains leased offices in Newport Beach, CA to conduct US based operations.
