It has already been shared. The law makes no distinction between words and video.

Case in point. A man went to the Philippines to see first hand a gold mine. He posted pictures he took on the internet and was accused of sharing insider information. It was ruled that since he showed nothing that had not been included in PR's there were no laws broken.
