Spino what if they did this. Lower o/s to 150 million. Then issue a stock div back to say 250 million. Why? Well that would in effect increase all the shares in brokers accounts. Thus increase the number of air shares to cover.

Guess what we have a few major shares holders who would own most if not all the legit shares.

They also own a lot of air shares. So in effect they give themselves shares with a div and increase the air shares they hold to.

yes a stock div means all that happens is they will just increase all shares in all accounts. Thus grow air shares out there as well.
