I actually agree with your math. I admit that I'm not real happy for what we got in exchange for a LOT of shares.

However, as the PPS demonstrates today it seems that LFBG will defy logic somewhat and probably because there are such loyal shareholders.

With sales conformations we will close the gap with expenses, turn green, make this a turn around year, and be in a whole new ball game.

Dwell on the past and miss the blast.
