absolutely nothing says strong buy right now.

I could see making the argument for a strong buy at .0011 or even a buy at the current levels, but a strong buy is just a pump.

3rd Qtr has the potential to be much better. I think we all agree on that.

However one must consider a few factors when weighing a buy. People can weigh those however they want. That is their choice.

I will say that IF (and it has to be considered a big if) the company's PRs are legit, the difference in growth could be spectacular.

Just understand that is a ways away. If you are comfortable buying and holding a penny stock for a few months that has the potential to be a big hit. Then ARTI is a good candidate.

Just understand the massive short term obstacles. I have sold the rest of position and will not be active on this board until I take another position. I plan on getting some share structure info in a few weeks and will post back those results.

As always do your own research and ALWAYS do research on the people who are posting information that makes you scratch your head.

Also remember, the information I posted was proven to be 100% correct.
