Well said: Let me clarify, I am all for a stock incentive plans, actually I would love to pay every employee there including management, if they accomplish what we are all waiting for. But maybe I am unaware of how things work. Is it a normal procedure to disclose in a proxy how and at what point incentives are awarded. How as a shareholder to I determine what I am voting for? I mean if you were an owner of this company( by the way you are) wouldn't you want to know at what point incentives for your employees would kick in. If your a baseball player with incentives in your contract, you know you get paid at a certain level of production. Am I expecting too much disclosure in regards to this issue?

I just don't want home run rewards or incentives for singles.
