I have more info on the ponds etc...

I want to wait to verify a couple of questions with Dave J. before posting further but there was nothing that would raise a red flag for the EPA or other agencies that I could see outside the facility. There was no discoloration of the ground or rings on the dirt in the ponds that would indicate chemical or heavy metal contamination which would be occuring if there was a big problem here. So this whole EPA psuedo issue is total BS. I have a lifetime of experience on farms and other lands. My point. I understand what normal ground water discharges look like. This was very normal. The other point is that there are no animals around except for a few starlings and a pet coyote. So total BS is being spread here.

Definitely normal discharges were taking place and being settled out. Re-use of the discharge water from the dewatering process was being done to keep the dust down on the input side of the plant. You can see the water truck spraying the water it just pumped from the pond in one of the videos.

Also the Electro-win equipment is being readied for shipping and being put into rail containers for the journey as per Walt. The work on the site has not begun but there is sufficient power on site.

There is a primary pond catching the sediment for the EW plant and then the rest of the water goes to the secondary ponds down the hill.

There is a new lab being built and it is framed. It is supposed to allow for 4x the testing load. They will need this as they expand.

The new maintenance facility has sufficient water and power. Looks top-notch. I think there are plenty of photos of this.

The company has 70+ years of proven reserves at the current plants full production target of 5000 tons per day.
