It's definitely being diluted. Otherwise, I can't imagine why so many huge sells come off at the bid while people are hitting the ask.
Trading patterns like five sells in a row at the ask followed by a 30MM sell at the bid makes me think this is being heavily diluted. For a trader, there's just no financial incentive to dropping all your shares at .0001 when people are buying at .0002. But the dilution is keeping the price down and, unfortunately, there are 40B shares somewhere waiting to get dumped.
I hope as much as anyone that they raise enough capital with all those shares to invest in their subsidiaries and make some money. But eventually there will be 50B shares floating around out there, and it will take a lot of profit to make that price move.
