The $1M Myth

I ask the board this: What is the significance of the $1M myth?

Obviously, a $1M line of credit was seen as BIG NEWS as it gave EXPH a boost because of the faith it showed that a bank has in them. This is how it has been presented (here and elsewhere).

But they don't have a $1M line of credit... So what impact does that have?
