I see no way EXPH could ever finance the rapid growth being promoted and hoped for here. The logistics are impossible. Where would they get the cash to ramp up? They have $1000 in cash, a credit line of $300k, and they have used half of that. They can barely finance the materials for existing small orders and have to rely on invoice factoring just to get operating cash. Anything larger and they will need to find a new, MUCH LARGER, line of credit which is next to impossible for a company with no collateral and in a tough credit market. I just see no way.
Anyone care to address this?
