When are investors going to realize that under our current financing deal big news actually hurts regular shareholders??

If there's going to be a buyout then fine, let's do it and be done with it. But regular news? We've seen with the USPTO ruling and then (infuriatingly) with the Mobile Tag announcement that YA just converts and sells into the increased demand so that we get zip!

Hope everyone wises up to this before they buy more shares.
