CAUTION: SOLM has approved a 100:1 Reverse Split that was suppose to have been implemented by July 1, but has not to date.. SOLM also went PINK from OTCBB 4-5 months ago due to delinquent filings (and hasn't filed since).. the last significant patent news SOLM released (feb) was conveniently timed (imo) for debenture sellers to dump (imo) millions of shares days before the Reverse Split was announced.. make sure to read all their filings and news releases..

Today's news should attract loads of attention, just be aware of the above info..
