Yeah, if people keep using 504 scare tactics etc to scare the weak out of their shares, it will.

Fact is the 504 equates to MINOR dilution if we can average a higher and higher PPS.

...but some will still continue to use it as scare tactic cause they know the ignorant react to it in pennyland.
