They probably never will. The MMs will only post the price at which they are willing to buy your stock which is the bid and they will post the price at which they are willing to sell you stock which is the ask. That is all that they are required to post. However they may buy or sell stock at prices in between if they are in a good mood and are willing to buy or sell at a discount. It is their game and we just have to learn to play it. That is probably why the big funds don't put money in BB or Pinksheet stocks.
