I dont understand, why when people talk about the buy back....

Why would the company be buying shares back out of the float, when they can just buy the shares back from RME for what ever the set price it was, isnt it like 40% less, or like .03 cents?

Cant they buy back the shares from RME for less than they could if it was on the open market?

Or is the contract to sell the share back for 40% of the market price on a certain date?
