I don't feel the need to read past your first paragraph where you mentioned Moore's Law.

Moore's Law applies to hardware not a software program. What he said was that the capabilities of digital electronics doubles every two years. Moores Law deals with the speed and memory capabilities of a computer. He never mentioned 18 months.

I therefore must believe that if you are willing to violate the Law of Ethics in your first paragraph, the remainder of your statement must also be a lie. That, my friend, is Garcia's Law.
