Just FYI -- Since this was a news release basically repeating the announcement from Sinopec and the information was already out there, our legal counsel determined that we could issue the release during the trading day. The regulators and the exchanges frown on issuing news during the trading day because of the opportunity for manipulation, but this wasn't new news -- just repeating what was already out there with our own spin.
