not even remotely possible. The company selloff in the middle of june was about 1.5 billion though, according to the toutsheets/shares traded ratio. This would explain the need to raise the AS to 2.75 billion. (a number that the IR people think the delaware SOS should keep to themselves.)

Thats what happens when you deal with an entity that you cant gag or gag by default, like their current TA.
Obviously they didnt like the fact that the information was made public.
They should learn the meaning of the word transparency before they PR that they are transparent.
