I have no idea when the judge will kick this out of court - I used to daily look at the dockets; however, have run out of time to keep up. It could be tomorrow or next year for all I know. I would think that the large investors are keeping an eye out and will load up big time on good news just prior to or as the judge is speaking his final statement. I know that if the judge gives us something from the banks that my ball park figure will go substantially upwards - badabing - IMO.
