I think it's pretty clear there is the presence of the naked short here via the reg sho listing for 17 days.... maybe i'm wrong... but the company doesn't really have to show exactly the state of things, as by doing so they open up to outside forces who could cause the shorts to cover prior to when they were done with their buy back...

Everything I say is in my own opinion do not buy sell or hold based off what I have to say.
