<Yeung pumping $$ into this company never happened>

Mr. Yeung agreed to immediately pay off an aggregate of $202,470 of the Company's liabilities


<There is no mention of him loaning money to this company anywhere in the Qs or Ks>

The cash to pay the liabilities was received by the Company in March 2007


<And stock was sold into the market to pay that bill>

Had nothing to do with your above comments.
