Do some background checking on that one. That was for PAVC, currently delisted I think.
That short cover was done by the company itself when it inadvertantly released stock into the public that shouldnt have gone there. They were forced to buy it back to cover it themselves. There was no NSS position and the elusive MOASS is still a non issue in the BB market
