Yes, this has been briefly discussed here. My understanding is, SEO has pledged 100M shares of ERHC against that debt back in January or earlier. More details are unclear but the dollar value of 100M shares of ERHC far far far exceeds the value of the Nigerian dollar value of the debt to the tune of 4 to 1. Those more familiar with the currency exchange value can give a more accurate account of the value than I. Basically, its a non-issue since those shares are owned by Chrome anyway.
