imo - the individuals involved in the eeso lawsuit should pace themselves. the sec will provide all the evidence they need in the near future and jared knows this. they need to include douglass, kistler, newbauer, carnes and others as co-defendents. the complaint should include:

-the fraudlent financials jared released
-the insider trading by jared, newbauer, carnes, kistler and douglass
-the false and misleading pr released by eeso
-the iceing on the cake? the buyout pr.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A Fort Wayne company with an international following may soon be sold. Just last month, Enzyme Consultants (which also does business as Enzyme Environmental Solutions) signed a $12 million deal with South Korea to provide algae remediation in a Korean Drinking Reservoir.

The deal caught a lot of attention, including the eye of a major US corporation. As a result, CEO Jared Hochstedler has been busy fielding a merger offer. Moments before NewsChannel 15 caught up with Hochstedler Thursday, he turned down the merger offer
