Let's keep focused on the possibilities here. Reading
$oldiers post from earlier pretty much spells it out whats
going on. We've discovered the new company "Auric Gold and Mineral, INC." which goes along with the last PR. Seems to me that things are moving along as planned (IMO).
I have my own business. I have a web-site that offers my servces. How much of my rev comes from my web-site?
approx. 0%. I keep it up for show, but when it comes down to it, all my business comes from word of mouth and past
and current relationships. It seems this holds true with
Itronics, since the web-site doesn't work and their revs keep growing. I'm just saying that it's easy to get discouraged waiting day after day for something to break and nothing happens. Everyone has there own opinions and speculations on
whats going on. Let's just focus on the facts....

This division is working with outside investors to form a new gold and minerals exploration company "Auric Gold and Minerals"(I added) which will contract with the division for management and technical services. The division is expected to receive a "significant equity ownership" in the new company. Details will be announced in a subsequent press release.
