I would just like to clarify that any information that somebody calls and gets from the company and posts on this board is free from any risk whatsoever.

The people saying the SEC will call you on the carpet are not being truthful.

JD may get in trouble for sharing that info, but it is considered public information if JD is freely transmitting it.

Now if you were talking to JD and you overheard a cell phone conversation he had and posted those details, that could be trouble.

Otherwise it is fair game. The responsibility is on them to protect the info, not on the public.
