Possibly, but if that's true why would NITE "cut off its own nose to spite its face"? - Seems to me that NITE would want/encourage the price to go up?

That also brings up another issue: If NITE owns a piece of this company are they allowed to make-a-market for it as well? Sounds like a conflict of interest doesn't it?
