I've been thinking about the cancellation of the deferred compensation. In my opinion this is nothing more than another carrot dangling in front of the shareholders. Managements attempt to make us think that something is happening so they need to clean up their balance sheet. They did the same thing a number of years ago when they restructured the unissued common stock to make it look like they were getting ready for a stock swap. We all know how that turned out. As we have seen the market doesn't react to these stunts anymore. All my opinion of course.
