Part of me agrees with you, however this is a small company and unlike FWLT, BAC, CAT they do not have a full finance team. I suspect they have a couple finance people and a legal consultant. So put an uplist over top of quarterly closing and I’m guessing they’re burning the midnight oil to complete everything on time.

As we know they have just successfully completed the uplist clarifications and by coincidence only a few days before the quarter end delivery date.

I’m only trying to walk a mile in their shoes, let’s face it we investors have the attention span of 3 year olds. We typically what to invest and get rich quick….. lol we lose more then we make typically taking the immense risk on these get rich quick stocks
