I have already addressed it.

You have posted the details of the purchase of preferred stock. I have posted the necessary conditions for said purchase.

Why do you keep ignoring the necessary conditions? Do you know what the necessary conditions are?

I actually know that you get this. I know that you are just trying to make it seem like they are LYING in the 8k when they say things like "the Investor shall not be obligated to purchase Preferred Stock at a Closing (as defined in this Section 2) unless each of the following conditions are satisfied:"

You just want to get in one last flip before the 10q dont ya?
