Tifford gets the right to purse the 700 million $ judgments...notice how the shareholders are at the bottom of the totempole if anything is recovered...Tifford and the SEC trump the shareholders...

Neuhaus and Sandhu are ordered to pay up over 20 million...to whom is not clear...

So we have the right to it :D
